The Beach is Back!

The $2.5 million-dollar project to widen Waikiki Beach has been completed! Ongoing since mid-March, it adds over 10,000 cubic yards of new sand from Kuhio Beach to the area fronting the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. In some areas, the beach is over 37 feet wider.

Next time you visit Royal Aloha Vacation Club in Waikiki, wiggle your toes in the sand of this world-famous beach. And enjoy the extra space to stretch out and work on those tan lines!
