Getting There

Royal Aloha Tahoe is 7,500 feet above sea level. Please check with your physician if you need to take precautions.

During the coldest winter months, you may wish to telephone the resort to inquire about the weather conditions. If you are unaccustomed to driving in snow, taxis are recommended for your safety.

The nearest major airport is in Reno, approximately 58 miles away. From the airport:

Take 395 South to Carson City and continue to Highway 50 West to the South Lake Tahoe area.
Turn left onto Highway 207, Kingsbury Grade.
Proceed approximately 3.8 miles.
Turn right onto Tramway Drive.
Follow Tramway Drive to the top of the hill where it will become Quaking Aspen Lane.
Tramway Drive and Quaking Aspen Lane is
a one-way loop.
