Nueva Andalucía's hub of activity is around the bullring and the central plaza. The bullring stages concerts and theater productions, as well as bullfights, and is only a five-minute walk from Royal Aloha's units. An excellent flea market is outside the ring every Saturday morning.
With the Sierra de Ronda mountain range nearby, several golf courses lie in the midst of stunning natural beauty.
Nightlife is lively in Puerto Banus where huge flashy yachts are berthed in the harbor and an array of restaurants grace the waterfront.
Malaga, the birthplace of Picasso, houses an impressive display of the artist's works. Granada, where Queen Isabella signed the agreement with Christopher Columbus, is home to one of the world's great attractions, the Alhambra. Built at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, the Alhambra's palaces and gardens are magnificent and intriguing.
Seville is the site of the Alcazar Palace and Spain's largest cathedral - the Cathedral of Seville is also the third largest in the Christian world and the burial site
of Christopher Columbus.
Cordoba has a magnificent Mosque constructed by the Moors around the year 785 A.D. and was converted into a Christian cathedral in the 13th century. The Great Mosque has nearly one thousand columns and nineteen naves.
