Royal Aloha Acapulco - Please be advised that the Torre Blanca in Acapulco will be closed from June 6 - June 30, 2008 for it's Annual Employee Vacation Leave. Royal Aloha Spain - Please be aware that Club members and guests who have flown Air France and Air Europe have been experiencing "lost luggage." For the past several weeks, multiple bags have been lost, and return and reclamation has been a difficult process - in two situations, the baggage was returned after 10 and 11 days, just before going home. With multiple telephone calls, holding 10-15 minutes per call, an average of 3 hours was spent, only to be told that the baggage was found as early as the third day - however, delivery was delayed due to "too much work" and "communication problems with Malaga Airport." It's no fun to lose baggage for even a day!
