About Us
The Royal Aloha Vacation Club was founded in Hawaii in September 1977,
becoming the first timeshare plan to register in the State of Hawai'i.
The Club celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007
and is still one of the most unique timeshare plans in the United States.
Royal Aloha Vacation Club members do not have a direct real-estate interest in any of the Club's properties,
but they have a perpetual right to use
all units owned by the Club. This right is freely transferrable to the member's heir(s) or any
designated parties upon payment of a transfer fee established by the
board of directors.
